Successful gym is expanding through franchising and joint ventures. Owner can no longer contribute full-time to daily operation.  Owner may stay on as partner for a lower purchase price.  Buyer/partner must expect to contribute financially to expanding the current space in March 2024.  This may or may not be included in initial buy-in.
