Performance Based Compensation Structure

Sales Commission Schedule 

Quota – 60 Units

               $10,000 Cash 

     >120% = $65 per sale  (club must hit 125 new units to qualify)

     >100% 

     >100% = $50 per sale

     <100% 

     <100% = $40 per sale

     <100% 

     <80% = $25 per sale

     <80% 

Weekend Manager Override (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) 

18 Units = $200 bonus opportunity each weekend

Must provide weekend POA and accountability follow up report 

Sales Manager Bonus Override Structure 

                 100%            90%            85%            80%       

Units       $2500           $2000          $1875         $1600     200       

Cash       $2000           $1875          $1600         $1200     50000    

Salaried Payroll Per Club 

Sales Manager = $2000

Weekend Manager = $1500

Sales Rep = $1000 

House Rules

Regularly priced one year renewals count as a unit and cash.  Any flip automatically raises quota by 10%. 

All corporate and add-on sales count as 1/2 sale.  Couple sales at POS count as 1.5 sales. 

Any memberships sold that are not on the approved rate schedule are

non-commissionable.
