New Hire 90 Day Policy
The first 90 days of employment with (Club Name) are on a probationary period. Job knowledge, performance, absenteeism and tardiness will be evaluated on a monthly basis. Failure to meet job requirements may cause employees to be terminated prior to 90 days.
I have read the above statement and understand that I may be terminated if I am unable to show job knowledge, performance and have an excessive amount of absenteeism/tardiness.
