  1. Experience and Educational Requirements
  1. Equivalent of a high school education
  2. CPR certification
  3. A minimum of 18 years of age
  4. Pool Certificate


  1. Skills Needed
  1. Basic math skills and report presentation
  2. Computer skills, office procedures, and methods
  3. Multi tasked and time management a must
  4. Light electrical, mechanical, and plumbing


  1. Attitudes to be Exhibited
  1. Must have a friendly and outgoing personality
  2. Must have a cooperative attitude
  3. Must exhibit enthusiasm for the club


  1. Duties
  1. The primary role of Assistant Operations/ Maintenance is to communicate daily with the Dir. Of Operations. To insure the safety, cleanliness, and maintenance of facility and equipment.
  2. Insure that front desk systems are followed
  3. Recruiting, hiring, and training of Front Desk staff
  4. Front Desk schedule
  5. Advises Director of Operations daily/weekly of front desk issues
  6. When Director is of site will take responsibility for procuring purchase order #
  7. Daily walk thru inspections
  8. Daily facility repairs and preventative maintenance
  9. Daily equipment inspections, repairs, and preventative schedule
  10. Order and audit janitorial inventory
  11. Daily maintenance check
  12. Work assignment and duties of maintenance staff
  13. Recruiting, hiring, and training porter staff
  14. Annual inspections: sprinkler, alarm, emergency exits, smoke detectors
  15. Occupational safety and health regulations
  16. Pool and spa certifications and inspections
  17.  Safety material information regarding hazardous materials
  18. Assisting with emergency procedures
  19. Assist with special events
  20. Assist with announcements and banners
