Then have them fill out the Friends Helping Friends sheet. If you’re having a hard time getting them to fill out the list, here’s a phrase to use. “At the bottom of the sheet, you’ll see seven lines. Because we don’t want to overcrowd the club, would you please limit it to three for now.”
The reason this works well is that it increases the perceived value of the pass. People want what they can’t have. If they can’t have seven passes, they’ll surely take three.
