Fitness Management & Consulting (“we,” “our,” “us”), operated by Jim Thomas, respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through fmconsulting.net and how we use it.
Information we collect
Contact and lead forms. When you request a free strategy session, download a free resource, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and club or company name — only what you choose to provide.
Email list. If you sign up for our newsletter or a free sample (such as the Interview Guide sample), we store your email address with our email provider, Constant Contact, to send you the resource and occasional business tips. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Purchases. Our store sells digital products (e-books, guides). Checkout is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full credit card number. We retain your name, email, and order details to deliver your purchase and provide support.
Website data. Like most websites, ours uses cookies for basic functionality, security, and anonymous analytics (such as which pages are visited). The “Ask Jim” chatbot on our site runs entirely in your browser and sends us nothing.

Third-party services

- Request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us below. We will respond within 30 days.
Children’s privacy
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
