We are currently the owners of a beautiful unique spin/fitness studio on Long Island. After 3 years my wife and I are looking to relocate so sadly we have to put our studio up for sale. It was built from scratch and has 4300 sf of two built out fitness studios, one used for spin, one for fitness classes. All equipment is fully paid for and comes with the purchase. Our lease is extremely fairly priced for this area, and we have a 10 year lease and only going into year 4. You can check out our website www.cyclinsanityfitness.com for videos and pics of our facility. Our studio also has full amenities..his/her bathrooms with showers, handicap shower, lockers etc. We even have a 5000sf basement as part of our lease which can be sublet or used for storage. If you’re seriously interested please email us at email@example.com and we will get in touch. If marketed right, this studio can lead to a second and third locale in this area. It just needs the right marketer with the correct fitness background. Hope to hear from you soon.
