How Does it Work?
- We recover NSF checks nationwide using Electronic Check Collection.
- Your Letter of Authorization is sent to your bank to have your first-time returned checks forwarded directly to us for processing.
- The check presenter is notified of the recovery policy by a sign posted at the point of sale or by notification on the check or invoice.
- We convert NSF checks to electronic transactions.
- We electronically debit the writer's account for full amount of the check plus our fee.
- We electronically deposit the full amount of the check into your bank account
- We keep you informed during the whole process
- If the check fails to clear on the first submittal, then we monitor the check writer's bank account until there is sufficient cash on deposit for the check to clear.
