We collect the insufficient fund (NSF) checks you receive from customers electronically through the US banking system. You pay nothing. It is non-intrusive for the customer and user friendly for you. The NSF check writer is charged a reasonable fee, set by state laws.

How Does it Work?

• We recover NSF checks nationwide using Electronic Check Collection.
• Your Letter of Authorization is sent to your bank to have your first-time returned checks forwarded directly to us for processing.
• The check presenter is notified of the recovery policy by a sign posted at the point of sale or by notification on the check or invoice.
• We convert NSF checks to electronic transactions.
• We electronically debit the writer's account for full amount of the check plus our fee.
• We electronically deposit the full amount of the check into your bank account
• We keep you informed during the whole process
• If the check fails to clear on the first submittal, then we monitor the check writer's bank account until there is sufficient cash on deposit for the check to clear.
• For the small percentage of NSF checks that can't be recovered with our FREE electronic debit service, we are providing a FREE secondary collection service that will go after your funds with traditional methods. This service, which previously merchants paid for with a percentage of the funds collected, is provided FREE to our clients.
