You simply let us know what you need and we will prepare an audio file and an accompanying power point slide presentation. This is training information you can use over and over that can become part of your new hire training library.
There is a fee of $200 for each training file you order. Each training file will include an audio and power point slide presentation. So, if you only need training on the telephone inquiry, it’s only $200 and you will receive the audio and power point slide presentation. If you need two (2) files, it would be $400 and so on. Because of the low introductory fee we are charging, we must ask for payment in advance and can bill by PayPal.
