  • Club size 16k-30k sq ft
  • On or near a highly traveled road with great road sign signage
  • Ability to negotiate lease
  • Cardio intensive club
  • 60 parking spaces – minimum
  • Median income of $35k – $75k

Separate entity clubs –

  • 3-5 mile populous of 35k persons
  • Club size 7k-12k sq ft
  • On or near a highly traveled road with great road sign signage
  • Ability to negotiate lease
  • Cardio intensive club
  • 30 parking spaces minimum
  • Median income of $35 – $75k

Businesses that will be considered for purchase will be seen under the following purview:

  • Finances are in order and match the asset
  • Are able to be reviewed for a 90 day period where due diligence will take place
  • Purchase price will be understood at the conclusion of our and the banks underwriting process
  • Access to landlord to begin negotiating process
  • An operational agreement is attached with the LOI, so that the business can begin to maximize profits

Businesses that will be considered for management oversight:

  • Companies that have hemorrhaging or not self-sustaining operations – but have all of the ingredients listed above that makes for a good business for a volume-based model

In a position where the asset is only worth the assets within

Owner willing to take a passive equity position while a restructure takes place to revitalize business

Business owners will have the ability to completely divest, stay as a passive equity earner or in certain circumstances buy into the franchise model of the newly reorganized business (this will be concluded on a transaction by transaction basis)
