We needed someone who would not only give us the specific information we needed, but would see that we asked the questions we did not know to ask. Jim gave us this and more. We have been in our facility for four months after a year of preparation and pre-sales. As I think back, Jim was instrumental in all the main systems and decisions we made. What he did for us is give us perspective that we did not have the time to develop on our own. He has the experience to determine likely outcomes of specific advertisements, how much one should budget for employee expenses, how to make the biggest impact with changes to the club, how to work pricing strategies, how to motivate and inspire sales staff. These are just a few major areas in which he gave us direction. I feel strongly that Jim would be an asset to any club undergoing growth, change or in need of repair.
